Charmin Plus the Scent of Chamomile Creates Cozy, Soothing Bathroom Experience
Cincinnati, OH (July 30, 2014) – Charmin, America’s most popular toilet paper brand for more than 25 years, is launching new Charmin plus the scent of Chamomile. Each roll has the scentof chamomile added to the tube to create a bathroom experience that soothes all the senses, while still providing the strong quality Charmin toilet paper consumers know and trust.
“At Charmin we regularly speak with consumers to better meet their needs. In the U.S., there are a growing number of people looking for scented toilet tissue because they either grew up with it or would prefer a scented product,” said Scott Mautz, Regional Brand Director. “By adding the scent of Chamomile to the roll, Charmin helps create a soothing, cozy bathroom experience.”
Charmin is partnering with Ana Patricia Gonzalez, host of ¡Despierta América! on Univision to introduce the new Charmin plus the scent of Chamomile. The brand will also be on-site at the Houston Latin Fest in August and Festival de la Villita in Chicago in September, giving consumers an opportunity to see, feel and experience the Chamomile scent first-hand via upgraded bathrooms and a spa-like environment.
