Ana Quincoces, voted Miami's "Hottest Chef,” is well known in the media and enjoys a strong social media platform. Ana was a cast member on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Miami Seasons 2 and 3. Dubbed “The Thinking Man’s Housewife”, as she was able to parlay her celebrity into a thriving enterprise which includes television shows and appearances, several cookbooks, and her own growing line of food products Skinny Latina® as well as endorsement deals with some of the world’s biggest brands including Target, Unilever, Olay, Smithfield, Nestle and others. As a finalist on the most recent season of Food Network Star, Ana received high praise for her culinary talent. In addition to attaining “Bravo-lebrity" status on Real Housewives and serious food cred from the country’s top chefs on Food Network Star.

Ana is a regular guest co-host in a national syndicated news and entertainment show “The Daily Flash.” Ana has co-hosted ABC’s The View, The Chew, and Fox's Utilisima “Puro Chef”. She has appeared on The Today Show, HLN, CNN, Telemundo’s Un Nuevo Dia, Univision’s Despierta America, Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and has been featured in numerous publications including Latina Magazine and US Weekly. Her love of Cuban food and culture and her desire to create a lasting legacy for her daughters prompted her to leave a 20 year career as a lawyer and follow her passion which led to a career in food and cooking as well as other entrepreneurial pursuits including Skinny Latina®, ZipEazeTM and three cookbooks to date.

Ana has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences throughout the country inspiring women to "reinvent themselves”, “fake it until they make it”, and “get in there and cook something”. As a mom to two millennials, Ana has learned to speak everyone’s language. Brands particularly love working with Ana because she is truly bilingual and has the distinct ability to reach a very large audience. She has the unique combination of being both aspirational and approachable. Despite all her accomplishments and accolades, Ana’s number one priority remains her daughters.
